Free live sessions to help women in tech build confidence, visibility and career momentum
Too many women in tech still find themselves overlooked, not because they lack skill or ambition, but because the system was never designed with them in mind. To change that, Girl Geek Network is launching a new six-part live event series: The Hidden Leverage Gaps - Fast Track to Success in Tech.
Each short, focused session tackles a different challenge that women face throughout their tech careers, from confidence and visibility to bias, allyship and networking. The sessions are free to attend, open to everyone, and designed to give you practical steps you can apply right away, without the jargon or theory.
What you’ll learn
Across the series, you’ll explore how to:
-
Build confidence that’s rooted in credibility, not perfectionism
-
Stay visible and relevant in fast-moving tech roles
-
Recognise and navigate bias in subtle workplace interactions
-
Understand what real allyship looks like, and how to be part of it
-
Grow a network that supports your career for the long term
Event schedule
All sessions take place live with the majority on Tuesdays at 12:30 PM (UK time) and run for around 45 minutes.
